JEFLAG provides software that analyses general ledger and journal entry data against risk criteria aligned with ISA 240, and produces reports to support audit judgement.

JEFLAG is a decision-support tool. It does not replace professional judgement, and its output does not constitute an audit opinion, assurance, or legal advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you analyse, for reviewing flagged results, and for complying with the professional and regulatory standards applicable to your engagements.

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not reverse engineer the service, resell access without authorisation, upload unlawful content, or attempt to breach the security of the platform or other users' data.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

JEFLAG and its underlying methodology, software, and branding remain our property. Reports and results you generate from your own data belong to you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JEFLAG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
