Refund Policy

New subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full.

Renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid being charged. Cancelling stops future billing while keeping access through the end of your current period.

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused full months within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied.

Email billing@jeflag.io from the address on your account. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
